Q: How do I order from your website?
Simply browse our website and choose the item/s you want to buy.  Choose the quantity you need and ‘Add to Cart’.  You will then be guided through our simple and easy to use checkout process at the end of which you can make a payment online.

Q: How will the package arrive with me?  Will it have Lovetastic all over the packaging?
A: No, our items are discretely packaged, and there is no indication of what is inside the package when it arrives with you.

Q:  How quickly can you get my order to me?
A: Here at Lovetastic, we offer a range of different delivery options which are outlined below.

Royal Mail First Class Post £3.95
Royal Mail Second Class Post £3.25
Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day £7.95
Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday Delivery £9.95

All orders placed before 2.00pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same day.  The cut off for Royal Mail UK Tracked Delivery is 6pm. Orders placed after this time on a Friday and over the weekend are despatched on a Sunday.

For international customers, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.  Please contact us to discuss your international shipment requirements.

Q: I’m not happy with what I have received.  What is your returns policy?
You can return products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that all items returned must be in their original unopened packaging with all labels and tags still attached. Due to hygiene and security reasons, certain items can't be returned unless faulty, unfit for purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality. The following items are non returnable unless in their original packaging and unused:

  • Condoms
  • Lubricants
  • Massage oils

Damaged goods will be exchanged like for like. No refunds are offered for damaged goods.
